This online store is operated by Mica Mornaghi. By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We kindly ask that you read them carefully before making any purchase.

PRODUCTS
Each piece of jewellery is designed and handcrafted in Mexico City. These are unique or limited-edition pieces, made with high-quality materials such as 925 sterling silver, gold and natural gemstones. Minor variations in shape, colour or finish are part of the handmade nature of each item and should be embraced as such.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All pieces, designs, photographs and written content are the intellectual property of Mica Mornaghi. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos (MXN), United States Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR), depending on the language selected by the user. Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your banking or card details.

SHIPPING
We ship both nationally and internationally via EnvíaYa. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processes.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Due to the artisanal nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receipt.
