NO RETURNS. If there is a manufacturing defect, exchanges or returns are accepted. If a stone breaks after delivery, it is the customer's full responsibility. If repair is possible, we can do it at the customer's expense.

STERLING SILVER
Sterling silver pieces, when worn daily, develop a unique shine, colour and texture according to each individual. If worn infrequently, we recommend storing them in their pouch or any other soft fabric to keep them away from the natural oxidation that occurs when this metal is exposed to air. If oxidation happens, you can clean the piece with any metal cleaning product and a soft cloth to avoid scratching it, taking special care not to let it touch the stone.
To clean the piece, use warm soapy water with a soft brush to remove any dirt. Finally, dry with a cloth.
STONES
The stones used are hand-cut and hand-carved, which means each one may have slight variations in size. Clean with warm soapy water using a soft, small brush to remove any dirt. Dry with a cloth to avoid damage.
